My name is Jason “How Can I Get it Done” Mauney. What I mean by that is, when a customer or client needs a loan and it doesn’t fit in a nice pretty little perfect box, I don’t just quit and say “there’s no way that’s getting done, next!” Instead I go to work to see how CAN it get done.
I have a Real Estate Investor and Entrepreneurial mindset. I think like you, not like a typical Lender. I try to find a loan Solution that fixes your problem or need, not the other way around. See, I am a Solutions provider, not just a Lender, and that’s what Dividend America is too. That’s why I am so proud to be a member of this company – because we seek to find ways to get it done and provide a Solution that fixes our clients problems.
