Jason grew up in a small town in Southwest Florida called Cape Coral. After High School, he attended the University of Florida where he dual-majored in Finance and International Economics. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration in Spring of 2001.
After graduation Jason moved to Atlanta, GA where he started his career in the Business Recovery Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. During his tenure at PwC, he assisted many clients in the restructuring of their companies. The majority of the restructurings were more financial in nature than operational. In many engagements, Jason helped the client restructure their existing Capital Structure and bring in new debt and/or equity partners, which in many cases helped buy the client enough time to turn the company around.
After five years with PwC, Jason left the consulting business and went to work in “Industry.” For the next four years he held the position of Finance Manager and helped two companies either start from the ground up, or completely revamp the financial reporting and analysis of the company.
Then, Jason found Real Estate and his life and career have never been the same. Jason fell in love with every facet of real estate, from being an Investor, to being and Agent and, to his greatest passion, being a Lender. He remembered back to his days as a consultant with PwC, and how great of a feeling it was to see his clients go from struggling with a burden, to succeeding with the new Capital he had helped bring in.
So, for the last few years, Jason has been in the lending industry, mostly working on Bridge and Hard Money loans, but also has knowledge and experience with SBA/Government Guaranteed programs, as well as conventional loans.
