Martha has over 12 years experience in both Residential and Commercial mortgages. She started her Residential experience as a Finance Manager in a Home Improvement company. Solely arranging financing for customers by refinancing their first mortgages, UCC1’s and second financing if needed. From there, she moved into Residential and Commercial where she assisted homeowners and business owners with purchasing and refinancing their properties.
After taking a few years off, and seeing the market turn, she has returned to commercial lending. Martha’s professionalism and “one on one service”, shows in her strong referral base. Her main objective is assisting clients with their short and long term financial goals.

Martha has been a resident of Georgia since 1995, moving from Miami, Florida.
Martha received a Florida Real Estate license before the move to Atlanta.
She attended St Thomas University in Florida and studied Business/Education.
