Ray has served in the financial service industry for over 24 years and has spent the last 11 years in the commercial loan sector. He entered the banking and finance industry in the spring of 1986, working in all facets of lending and asset management.
He has held various supervisory and management positions with ITT CFC, Commercial Credit, First Union Bank, Bank of America, Fleet Finance, Parkway Mortgage and Allison Mortgage prior to joining the Dividend America team.
Ray has combined an energetic spirit, a vast knowledge, and a genuine love for helping others to ensure that his clients meet or exceed their commercial loan goals. His hard work and attention to detail during the entire commercial loan process makes him a valuable asset to his company as well as his many clients.
Over the years Ray has garnered numerous “Top Producer “, “Employee of the Month”, and “Annual Top Producer Awards”. Ray is committed to giving back to the community and has taught home buying seminars for local civic and church groups as well as counseled many small business owners on how best to find funding sources to grow their business. He has also appeared on WSB Television’s “People to People” program and KISS 104.1 Radio to help educate those seeking help in the Real Estate Mortgage process.
Ray resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and three sons. He spends his free time enjoying his family, reading, traveling, and continuing his education, as well as coaching soccer for the local YMCA. He is an executive board member of Quest 35 a non-profit who mission is to help to end the plight of homelessness. Ray is also an active member in his local church where he teaches Sunday school and works with a weekly feed the hungry program.
